You only need your vault reference number to check your item status. The vault reference number is a unique identifier provided to you when you store an item with us. You can find this number on your storage receipt, confirmation email, or the storage documentation.

Our security tracking system provides real-time updates whenever your item is accessed or moved within our vault facility. Typically, you'll see updates when your item is received, placed in storage, accessed for security review, and when it's retrieved.

If your vault status information isn't appearing, first verify that you've entered the correct vault reference number. There might be a delay between when your item is stored and when status tracking becomes active. If you've recently stored your item, please allow 24 hours for the status information to appear in our system. If problems persist, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Currently, our online status system allows you to check one vault item at a time. If you need to check multiple stored items, you'll need to enter each vault reference number separately. For business customers with high-volume storage needs, please contact our business solutions team to discuss our bulk status checking options.
